Local Wellbeing Therapist, Bibi Lewis will be joining us on Thursday 17th January 2019 between 2 and 4pm to teach us more about Deep Relaxation and Stress Management. In an interactive session, she shows us relaxation techniques to help relax the mind and body which, in turn, helps us to reduce the intrusive impacts of tinnitus.
